The pitfall of Anticipation

I have writ­ten a blog regard­ing what the body goes through when antic­i­pa­tion is part of your train­ing.  Tabim­ina Bal­intawak prac­ti­tion­ers ignores antic­i­pa­tion and sim­ply just react.  Good or bad train­ing will pro­duce reac­tion.  The only ques­tion is, “Was your reac­tion pro­duc­tive or detrimental?”

Simplicity is the key to Perfection
